There’s Never A Convenient Time To Get A Chipped Tooth

It often seems like Murphy’s law kicks in so that your chipped tooth comes at the absolute worst moment. Whether it’s the day before a wedding, the week you have an important presentation at work, or right before you have an exciting date where you want to make a great first impression, having a chipped tooth presents a distraction to you and other people. We understand, and we’re here to help.

In The Old Days

Getting a crown used to be a lengthy process. In the old days, the dentist would have to prepare the tooth, take an impression, install a temporary crown on your tooth, and then send off the impression to the lab, where crown artists would create your permanent crown, a process that could take two weeks. Then you would have to return to the dentist, get your temporary crown removed, get the permanent one installed, and then verify if it fit or not. If it didn’t, then you were destined to wait again and repeat the procedure.
